Terms and Conditions
- This Agreement is effective immediately upon execution unless stated otherwise.
- The Agent's powers are durable and will remain in effect even if the Principal becomes incapacitated.
- The Principal may revoke this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the Agent.
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
